The print heads are low-maintenance inkjet systems that are easy to clean. Depending on the size of the content to be printed, 1, 2 or 3 print heads are installed.

These are connected to the control system, allowing you to change the text and content within seconds with very little effort.

The pot printing line is designed as a stand-alone device, making it easy to build up stock. Of course, the printing unit can also be integrated into an existing line.

Mixing drum for mixing a wide variety of substrates, including heavy and abrasive substrates such as volcanic rock. Available in two sizes: 0.5m³ and 1.0m³.

The external drive makes the mixing drum very robust and resistant to faults.

The PBS plate drilling station is a machine specially developed for the automation requirements of commercial horticulture. It scores highly with its flexibility (interchangeable sets for different drills) and its high capacity of up to 600 crates/trays/hour .

Operation and tool changes are possible from both sides. This means that nothing stands in the way of integration into a production line.

The standard version of the machine comes with a 2000mm belt. The belt length can be adjusted to suit customer requirements.

The drilling tools, also known as drilling plates, are manufactured for you according to your requirements and circumstances and are therefore 100% tailored to your application.

Note: Old drilling plates from Leidolt also fit into the new version of the plate drilling station. This makes modernisation with a new machine particularly economical.
